I’ve been on a quest to further educate myself in the area of health and fitness.  
 
I recently downloaded a Free copy of a special food report from Cynthia Pasquella.   
 
It’s a list of Top 10 Foods that Curb Appetite, Increase Fat Burning and Boost Energy

All these items will be on my shopping list with the exception of oatmeal; it’s the only food on the list that I simply don’t like.  I am looking forward to trying hemp.  I’ve never tasted it before.  Thankfully, I am a huge fan of the other eight items.

 

Cynthia Pasquella is considered one of Hollywood’s favorite nutritionists.  In her report, Cynthia explains why each of these foods made the Top 10 and how we can add them to our daily nutrition plan.
